I would like to say that you have one of the most helpful employees in Sharron Chippi. No matter what I have to get done, I always know that if I am lucky enough to get Sharron on the other end of the line, she will get the job done. Sometimes when I get a request, I feel like asking “How High?”. It doesn’t really matter when it comes to the response and assistance that I get from Sharron. You have one of the best customer service representatives that I have dealt with in a very long time in Sharron and I have dealt with a lot of them. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out and call me back. She always has a quick response and has never left me hanging.
The Tejas delivery driver, Allen Wolford, has been such a big help to me today. I had to order lots of archive boxes due to archiving shuttle documents and the bundles were bigger than I expected. Allen helped me to find a way to store them out of the work area and still have them accessible when needed. I could not do this by myself and he would not let me do it myself. He was so helpful and alert to the problem I had with the supplies and, together, we were able to find a good solution. It only took 5 minutes to get everything in place with his help! I appreciate this action very much by him.

I love this site for ordering products. What a great improvement over (a competitor). The navigation of the site and browsing for supplies is a 100% improvement. This is a great move for JSC!!!
