Designed to secure switches, valves and other energy devices from use while equipment is being serviced or repaired. Lockout features 1" closed hasp hole with pry-resistant tabs for extra security. Hasp is high visible red and designed with six holes to accommodate padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Lockout is made from heavy-duty steel.
